Chinese property management market is still evolving. Examination of costs to property owners is coming more important for many reasons.

- In China there are 12 million square metres in office spaces and 65 million square metres in shopping malls. And the numbers are growing all the time.  At the same time green building, energy and labour efficiency are growing trends. With the help of Granlund software, property owners can not only save costs by energy savings and process streamlining, but can also get better visibility and transparency within their maintenance, Pawli explains.
