4. The purpose of and basis for processing personal data

The purpose of the register is to give you as a job seeker the opportunity to make your CV, educational and work experience information and your interests available to Granlund Group in case of possible vacancies.

5. Data content of the register

The register contains the information you fill in through our application form. Basic information of the register include name, date of birth, postal code, street address, city or town, email address, telephone number and other voluntarily provided information, such as your CV, application or LinkedIn profile.

6. Regular data sources

The data in the register comes from job applicants.

7. Regular disclosure of data

All data entered in the register are solely for the use of Granlund’s HR and persons responsible  for recruitment. Data will not be disclosed to companies outside of Granlund Group.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Data will not be transferred to a location outside the EU or EEA.

9. Protection principles of the register

Only persons employed by Granlund who need the data in their work have access to the job applicant register. They have personal usernames and passwords. Printed personal data is stored in Granlund’s information system. All material printed out from the register for manual use is disposed of in line with data protection sorting.

10. Right of access

The data subject can submit a right of access request in person or in writing to the data controller.

11. Right of rectification

The data subject can submit a right of rectification request concerning their data in person or in writing to the data controller.
