Rakennuttajatoimisto Venttiseiska Oy – Part of Granlund Group

Rakennuttajatoimisto Venttiseiska Oy was founded in 2016. Venttiseiska specializes in construction management and supervision as well as project management services, and it strengthens Granlund’s construction management and supervision business.

The acquisition of Venttiseiska was completed at the end of January 2026, and the company will be merged into Granlund. The personnel will continue at Granlund as existing employees. Venttiseiska’s shareholders will transfer to Granlund into key positions in the construction management business and will become shareholders of Granlund.

Derigo Oy – Part of Granlund Group

Derigo Oy, a software company founded in 2008, provides digital solutions for project management. Through the acquisition, Granlund will take over Derigo’s Pro3 software and the Timbal product family. Derigo strengthens Granlund’s software business.

Derigo Oy’s key personnel will continue in their roles also after the acquisition.

Granlund Stockholm AB

Granlund Stockholm is a company specializing in electrical design that joined Granlund Group in 2022. The office is located in Stockholm, and the company employs 15 experts.

The Stockholm office was established when Granlund carried out an acquisition with ECO Konsult i Stockholm AB in January 2022. The company’s name was changed to Granlund Stockholm AB in February 2022.

Granlund Stockholm operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.

Granlund Sweden AB

Granlund Sweden specializes in the data center business. The company was founded in 2020, and the office is located in Lidköping. The company employs 14 experts.

Granlund Sweden is a well-known player in the Swedish data center market and has extensive experience in international projects.

Granlund K-Lab AB

Granlund K-Lab joined Granlund Group in June 2024. The company specializes in structural design, infrastructure design, project design management, and BIM coordination. Granlund K-Lab has an office in Stockholm and also operates in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Mumbai, India. Originally operating as K-Lab Projektering AB, the company was founded in 2019 and became part of Granlund through an acquisition. The company employs 18 experts.

Coordia Consult AB – Part of Granlund Group

Coordia Consult AB was founded in 1969 and employs approximately 30 people. Based in Stockholm, the company focuses on construction management, project management, and supervision. Through Coordia, Granlund’s construction management and supervision business expanded to Sweden.

Coordia Consult operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.

Umeå Projekt Team AB – Part of Granlund Group

Umeå Projekt Team AB focuses on MEP design and project management, employing a total of 23 experts. Umeå Projekt Team (UPT) was founded in 2007. Granlund’s design business in Sweden was strengthened through the acquisition of UPT.

Umeå Projekt Team operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
