Granlund Group Companies in Finland
DUCO Rakennuttaja Oy – Part of Granlund Group
DUCO Rakennuttaja Oy is a Tampere-based company founded in 2009, specialising in construction management, project management, supervision and quality assurance, with a team of 19 experts. The acquisition significantly strengthens Granlund’s construction management business both in the Tampere region and nationally.
The acquisition of DUCO Rakennuttaja was completed in May 2026, and the company will be integrated into Granlund.
Teleconsulto Tsutsunen – Part of Granlund Group
TeleConsulto Tsutsunen Oy specialises in security design and was founded in 1996. The company has a team of seven and operates from offices in Helsinki and Kuopio. With this acquisition, Granlund further strengthens its capabilities in security design.
The acquisition of TeleConsulto Tsutsunen was completed in May 2026, and the company will be integrated into Granlund.
Tähti-Set Oy – Part of Granlund Group
Architectural office Tähti-Set Oy was founded in 1933 in Tampere. Tähti-Set employs 55 experts and, in addition to its main office in Tampere, also has an office in Helsinki. The acquisition significantly strengthens Granlund’s architecture business.
The acquisition of Tähti-Set Oy was completed in April 2026, and the company will be merged into Granlund during 2027.
Rakennuttajatoimisto Venttiseiska Oy – Part of Granlund Group
Rakennuttajatoimisto Venttiseiska Oy was founded in 2016. Venttiseiska specializes in construction management and supervision as well as project management services, and it strengthens Granlund’s construction management and supervision business.
The acquisition of Venttiseiska was completed at the end of January 2026, and the company will be merged into Granlund. The personnel will continue at Granlund as existing employees. Venttiseiska’s shareholders will transfer to Granlund into key positions in the construction management business and will become shareholders of Granlund.
Derigo Oy – Part of Granlund Group
Derigo Oy, a software company founded in 2008, provides digital solutions for project management. Through the acquisition, Granlund will take over Derigo’s Pro3 software and the Timbal product family. Derigo strengthens Granlund’s software business.
Derigo Oy’s key personnel will continue in their roles also after the acquisition.

Granlund operates in Sweden through five subsidiaries. The total amount of personnel in Sweden is more than 100 experts.
Granlund Stockholm AB
Granlund Stockholm is a company specializing in electrical design that joined Granlund Group in 2022. The office is located in Stockholm, and the company employs 15 experts.
The Stockholm office was established when Granlund carried out an acquisition with ECO Konsult i Stockholm AB in January 2022. The company’s name was changed to Granlund Stockholm AB in February 2022.
Granlund Stockholm operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
Granlund Sweden AB
Granlund Sweden specializes in the data center business. The company was founded in 2020, and the office is located in Lidköping. The company employs 14 experts.
Granlund Sweden is a well-known player in the Swedish data center market and has extensive experience in international projects.
Granlund Sweden operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
Granlund K-Lab AB
Granlund K-Lab joined Granlund Group in June 2024. The company specializes in structural design, infrastructure design, project design management, and BIM coordination. Granlund K-Lab has an office in Stockholm and also operates in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Mumbai, India. Originally operating as K-Lab Projektering AB, the company was founded in 2019 and became part of Granlund through an acquisition. The company employs 18 experts.
Granlund K-Lab operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
Coordia Consult AB – Part of Granlund Group
Coordia Consult AB was founded in 1969 and employs approximately 30 people. Based in Stockholm, the company focuses on construction management, project management, and supervision. Through Coordia, Granlund’s construction management and supervision business expanded to Sweden.
Coordia Consult operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
Umeå Projekt Team AB – Part of Granlund Group
Umeå Projekt Team AB focuses on MEP design and project management, employing a total of 23 experts. Umeå Projekt Team (UPT) was founded in 2007. Granlund’s design business in Sweden was strengthened through the acquisition of UPT.
Umeå Projekt Team operates as a subsidiary of Granlund Oy within the Group.
Granlund group companies in the UK and the Netherlands
Granlund UK Ltd
Greenfield Nordic, founded in 2014, joined the Nordic Granlund Group in 2018. The company was renamed Granlund Group UK Ltd in 2025. The company strengthens Granlund’s energy expertise in the United Kingdom.
Smits van Burgst – Part of Granlund Group
Smits van Burgst Groep was founded in 1946 and employs approximately 50 specialists in total. Its main business areas are MEP design and maintenance services. In addition, the company specialises in elevator maintenance and management services. The acquisition supports Granlund’s growth and internationalisation objectives.
Granlund acquired a majority shareholding in the company in spring 2026.
