Coordia Consult supports clients throughout the entire construction process

Our core areas of expertise include project management, design management, construction management, and contract inspections. We also work with installation management, certified building inspectors in accordance with the Planning and Building Act (PBL), as well as cost estimation, project financial management, and technical investigations.

Our broad expertise enables us to support clients throughout the entire construction process.

Coordia Consult was originally founded in 1969 as an architectural firm, but since 1987 we have focused on project management and construction supervision. In 2020, we doubled the size of the company through the acquisition of our industry peer Makab, and the operations were merged at the turn of 2022/2023.

We have extensive experience working with public buildings such as hospitals, schools, preschools, and elderly care facilities. Our clients include organizations such as Locum, SISAB, and the National Property Board of Sweden.

Extensive experience in project and construction management

Today, just over 25 people work at our company. Our employees’ expertise and experience support our clients through all stages – from early feasibility studies and investigations, through execution, to final inspection and commissioning.

We have long experience working with healthcare buildings and are currently involved in several hospital projects, including projects at Södersjukhuset and Sophiahemmet. Another ongoing project is the comprehensive renovation of Vasalundshallen in Solna, a culturally significant sports hall from the 1950s, where Coordia is responsible for design management, construction management, and installation management.

We are also responsible for project and construction management of the façade renovation of the Nalen dance palace on Regeringsgatan, another historically significant building that has been carefully restored under our management over several years.
