How the Granlund Manager and Scudo Pro integration works

Long term capital planning and operational property management data remain up-to- date and easy to review in Granlund Manager.
When a project within capital planning is approved, the approval information is transferred to Scudo Pro with key project details, preliminary schedules and cost estimates.
Project cost development can be monitored and forecast in Scudo Pro.
Scudo Pro enables automated contract notifications to tax authorities.
Actual project phase costs are transferred to Granlund Manager either directly from Scudo Pro or the organisation’s financial management system.
