Software company Derigo joins Granlund to advance digital lifecycle management

Developed by Granlund, Granlund Manager is the number one real estate management software among industry professionals in Finland. With the acquisition of Derigo Oy, signed on October 31st, 2025, Granlund strengthens its offering of software solutions for the construction project phase in the industry.

“This acquisition aligns with our strategic focus on software business development. Our aim is to provide digital solutions for the entire property lifecycle. The Derigo software suite supports this mission extremely well”, says Kimmo Mattila, Business Director of Granlund Manager.

Established in 2008, Derigo Oy provides digital solutions for project management. Prior to joining Granlund, Timbal Services Oy and the Timbal product family were merged into Derigo Oy business operations as part of the preparatory arrangements.

“Joining Granlund gives us, our customers and our product a stronger foundation. It also opens the door to international opportunities,” explain the Derigo Oy CEO Jukka Vornanen ja COO Jussi Rantala.

Through the transaction, Derigo’s Pro3 software and the Timbal product family will be integrated into Granlund’s portfolio.

“Improving the productivity and data flow within the real estate and construction industries is best achieved together. One giant system cannot handle it all but instead the best outcomes are achieved by combining the best software solutions”, says Mattila.

In recent years, Granlund has completed several transactions; however, this is the first time the company has acquired a software business and its product portfolio.

“Our mission is to continue developing and digitalizing the real estate sector. The expansion and deepening of our software business will continue to be part of our long-term strategy,” promises Mattila.

The Derigo Oy key personnel will continue in their roles following the transaction.
