We do not develop elevator maintenance software in isolation. Instead we collaborate with KONE, who provides an excellent solution in this area.
To ensure quality water metering, we work closely with Smartvatten, the leading player in the field.
Data for managing repair and maintenance projects flows seamlessly into Granlund Manager through our partners, Modelspace and Scudo Pro.
Service requests related to indoor conditions are automatically routed into Granlund Manager via our partner Frees and their Feelis portal.

KONE maintenance data automatically transfers into Granlund Manager
KONE’s own monitoring and control system sends information about elevators, automatic doors and escalators to Granlund Manager. Data about repair visits as well as predictive maintenance, is conveniently available in Granlund Manager. Regulatory inspection data can easily be accessed with a click.
The performance of elevators, automatic doors or escalators directly impacts the user experience of a building and generates substantial feedback. The integration of these systems makes maintenance tracking and reporting easier, ensuring smooth operations for building occupants.
From Granlund Manager, you can view, for example, the reason behind a maintenance task for a specific elevator, comments from the technician and whether the elevator is in operation. Maintenance tasks and completion times can be reported in Granlund Manager – just like other maintenance activities.
Smartvatten
Smartvatten water data flows into Granlund Manager
The integration between Granlund Manager and Smartvatten makes water consumption monitoring and reporting faster and more reliable. The increasing requirements for sustainability reporting highlight the advantages of this integration.
Granlund Manager and Smartvatten’s integration automates the collection of water consumption data, bringing this data into a broader property portfolio management system alongside other energy consumption data. The data can be easily accessed in Granlund Manager, which consolidates all property data into a comprehensive management tool.
Granlund and Smartvatten have a long history of partnership. The first software integrations were implemented in 2018 and the integration is now in use in over 700 properties.

Scudo Pro is a tool for real estate project phase organisations and through the integration with Granlund Manager, up-to-date data is made available to the teams responsible for daily property operations.
In both Granlund Manager and Scudo Pro, you can view costs and schedules at both the individual property level and across the entire property portfolio.

RealEstateCore and Proptech OS enable seamless integrations with other systems
Granlund Manager is a RealEstateCore-certified software solution and its property hierarchy is compatible with the real estate information ontology developed by the RealEstateCore project.
This partnership enables seamless integrations with other systems that adhere to the RealEstateCore ontology through the Proptech OS platform.
Proptech OS provides an easy way to use proptech software solutions and work with real-time business data, building management systems, BIM and IoT devices. It is an software ecosystem that simplifies and optimises the way we manage buildings.

Modelspace and Granlund Manager integration: efficient management of repair projects
The integration between Gravicon Modelspace and Granlund Manager helps you manage repair and construction projects efficiently by providing all necessary project management data in one place.
Typically, construction and property maintenance teams operate separately, leading to communication challenges. That’s why we’ve connected the software systems used by different teams. This allows both teams to view the same real-time data and enables a holistic view of the building, from project to maintenance.
The key advantage of the Granlund Manager and Modelspace integration is the reduction of human error. Construction organisations benefit from having up-to-date project schedules transferred directly into Granlund Manager without the need for manual input.
Feelis
User feedback portal Feelis now includes Granlund Manager service requests
The integration between the Free Feelis user feedback portal and Granlund Manager was initially developed at the request of a mutual client. Previously, QR codes for both Feelis and Granlund Manager were displayed on building walls. The goal was to simplify this setup through software integration.
Building occupants can now access information about indoor conditions, provide feedback and send service requests to Granlund Manager’s maintenance log via the Feelis portal. The service is incredibly easy to use: users simply scan a QR code on the wall using their phone to access the Feelis portal.
Thanks to this integration, maintenance teams quickly receive information about changes in conditions or broken lights. It also saves time in processing service requests.
Service requests through the Feelis portal go directly to maintenance and faults are automatically linked to the correct space.
