The combined staff of First Q Network companies reaches 2,900

10.12.2019 – The network’s combined workforce, with the recent incorporation of new Swiss and Lithuanian members, has reached 2,894 people. Aggregated turnover will be 304 M€ in 2019, which is 7 % more than last year.

First Q Network celebrated its autumn general meeting at the end of October in Manens-Tifs office in Verona (Italy).The meeting included a presentation from Thomas Miorin (president of RE-Build Italia) on Innovative Construction Trends and a discussion on future company strategies, with the ideas from Bengt Dahlgren (FQ Sweden) and Granlund (FQ Finland). Members agreed that new areas of services should be developed in the near future, moving from engineering projects to “engineering as a service”.

First Q Network is a European network of mechanical, electrical & building physics consultants set up to share resources and best practice knowledge between its members and innovative design solutions across borders for its clients. The network has members from 13 countries, including Granlund from Finland.

New member from Lithuania joins First Q Network

The Lithuanian consulting engineering company UAB MEPCO incorporated FQ Network in this meeting. Mepco was established in 2008, employs 21 people and has its headquarters in Vilnius. Its main expertise is office, residential and shopping centre MEP engineering design, and energy modelling.

Turnover grows 7 %

The network’s combined workforce, with the recent incorporation of new Swiss and Lithuanian members, has reached 2,894 people. Aggregated turnover will be 304 M€ in 2019, which is 7 % more than last year.
