Jack Westrén-Doll, Granlund
Jack Westrén-Doll has had a long and varied career at Granlund. He started in the company in 1984 and currently holds the position of Senior Advisor. Westrén-Doll is a Master of Science. In addition to his duties as Chairman of the Board of Granlund Oy, he is also a member of the Board of Gravicon Oy. He joined Granlund Oy’s Board of Directors in 2008.

Pekka Metsi, Granlund
Pekka Metsi has served as the CEO of Granlund Oy since 2010, and is the company’s third CEO in its 60-year history. Prior to his position as CEO, he worked for Granlund for several years in specialist positions, and as the head of the building services department of Pöyry in the 2000s. He is a Master of Science in technology. He has been on Granlund Oy’s Board of Directors since 2011. Previously, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green Building Council Finland and on the Board of Directors of SKOL ry.

Maila Herva, Granlund
Maila Herva has held a broad range of roles at Granlund since 2016, focusing on quality and sustainability. She brings to the board extensive expertise in quality and environmental management, responsible business practices, risk management, and M&A integration. Herva holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and earned her Doctorate in Technology in 2011.

Tommi Miettinen, Granlund
Tommi Miettinen has worked at Granlund in diverse positions and brings strong regional expertise and a national perspective to the Board of Directors. Miettinen, who studied as a Master of Science in Engineering at Lappeenranta University of Technology, started as an HVAC designer in 2005. After working as a project leader, group manager and head of department, he has been the Regional Director of Granlund Kuopio since 2018.

Tapani Idman, Granlund
Tapani Idman has held several positions at Granlund. He joined the company in 2011 and has progressed from HVAC designer to Project Manager and Design Director, as well as his current role as Business Director of construction and property development services. Idman is a Master of Science in energy and HVAC engineering. He has been on Granlund Oy’s Board of Directors since 2018.

Robin Molvin, ICG
Robin Molvin has served as Managing Director and Head of Nordics for Mid-Market Investments at ICG since 2019. With over 25 years of experience in Nordic private equity, he has held positions at companies like Ratos and Nordstjernan. In addition to his role at ICG, he serves on the board of directors for two ICG investments in the Nordics: Godt Smil in Denmark and Formue in Norway. Robin holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Viktor Frisenstedt, ICG
Viktor Frisenstedt has been a Manager at ICG since 2021, focusing on mid-market activities in the Nordic region. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, having held positions at companies like Citi and HSBC. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Frisenstedt is also currently a deputy board member of Godt Smil.
